Plot
The film begins with a flashback, where a young boy named Raja witnesses his father being killed by a gangster named Bhavani. They cheat people by pretending to be fakeers and performing fake miracles.
One day, Fakeer meets Zoya, a rich girl who is studying medicine. He falls in love with her at first sight and decides to woo her by posing as a fakeer. He tells her that he is from Kashmir and that he has come to Chennai to help the poor and needy. He also tells her that he has a rare blood group and that he needs blood transfusions regularly. Zoya believes him and starts to develop feelings for him.
Meanwhile, Bhavani, who is now a powerful politician, is looking for Fakeer, as he wants to kill him for revenge. He hires a police officer named Manmadha Brahma, who is known for his brutal methods of interrogation. Manmadha Brahma tracks down Fakeer and Karthik and arrests them. He tortures them and tries to extract information about their whereabouts.
Fakeer manages to escape from Manmadha Brahma's custody and reaches Zoya's house. He confesses his love to her and also reveals his true identity. He tells her that he is not a fakeer, but a con artist who lied to her. He also tells her that he is the son of the man who was killed by Bhavani. He apologizes to her and asks her to forgive him.
Zoya is shocked and heartbroken by Fakeer's confession. She feels betrayed and angry at him. She slaps him and asks him to leave her alone. Fakeer leaves her house with a heavy heart.
Climax
The film ends with a twist, where it is revealed that Zoya is actually Bhavani's daughter. She was adopted by Bhavani when she was a baby, after her biological parents died in an accident. She was unaware of Bhavani's criminal activities and his involvement in Fakeer's father's murder.
Zoya confronts Bhavani and tells him that she loves Fakeer and that she wants to be with him. She also tells him that she knows the truth about his past and that she hates him for killing Fakeer's father. She threatens to expose him to the media and the police if he does not leave Fakeer alone.
Bhavani is enraged by Zoya's words and tries to kill her. Fakeer arrives at the scene and saves Zoya from Bhavani. He fights with Bhavani and his men and manages to defeat them. He then shoots Bhavani in the chest, killing him.
Fakeer and Zoya hug each other and express their love for each other. They decide to start a new life together, leaving behind their pasts.
